YouTube to share revenue with users - Yahoo! Newsという記事より、YouTubeの共同創業者かつCEOのChad Hurley氏が、World Economic Forumで以下を発表したそうです。
We are getting an audience large enough where we have an opportunity to support creativity, to foster creativity through sharing revenue with our users,
「YouTubeでの広告収入をYouTubeへ動画を投稿するユーザに分配することによって創造性を高めるいく。それによって動画を見に来るユーザが増えていく。(つまり広告収入が増える)」といった感じでしょうか。まだどのように支払われるかなど詳細は不明ですが、そう遠くはないうちに発表されるんでしょうね。
日本ではこういうったことは、できないだろうなぁ。
